that makes us do unexpected things while unconscious, these don’t include writing a decent statistics paper.

Schedule an early morning group activity.

Being up earlier in the morning (or simply: in the morning) means you can take advantage of the things that occur before 1:00p.m. There are many such things.
Do you comfort-eat when stressed? Does your dark mood ever drive you into a frenzy of ice-cream madness?


You don’t need to totally have the style down yet.
But we need to know you get the idea.
